Follow these simple steps to install and activate your eSIM. Get connected in minutes!

Before You Start

  • Your device must be eSIM compatible
  • Your device must be network unlocked
  • You need a stable internet connection (preferably WiFi)

Troubleshooting

Try these solutions:

  • Make sure the QR code is clear and well-lit
  • Try displaying the QR code on another device or printing it
  • Clean your camera lens
  • Use manual installation instead

This error usually means:

  • Your device is carrier-locked - contact your carrier to unlock it
  • The QR code or activation code has already been used
  • There is a network connection issue - make sure you have stable WiFi
  • The eSIM details were entered incorrectly - double-check for typos

Check the following:

  • Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for your eSIM
  • Verify that your eSIM is set as the data line
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off
  • Restart your device
  • Make sure you are within the coverage area of your plan
  • Check that your plan is still valid and has data remaining

Unfortunately, eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once deleted. The QR code and activation code can only be used once for security reasons.
