1. Registration and Acceptance

The User may register and purchase an eSIM from the website https://esimplanner.com. By making a purchase, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to pay the charges corresponding to the selected plan.

2. Use and Compatibility

Once the eSIM is delivered, the User is responsible for its use and must ensure their device is compatible. This agreement begins upon purchase and ends when the plan is used up or expires.

3. Early Termination

Esimplanner may terminate the agreement early if the User breaches the terms described herein.

4. Warranties and Limitations

No additional warranties are offered beyond those established by applicable law. Service availability depends on third-party network providers.

5. Fair Use

In unlimited plans, a fair use policy may be applied to ensure proper service performance.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the service legally, without causing harm or engaging in fraudulent activities. Esimplanner may suspend the service in case of misuse.

7. Payment

The total amount is paid in advance. The payment method may be saved for future purchases and can be removed at any time from the User's panel.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The User may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the acquisition date, provided the eSIM has not been activated or used.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
