At Esimplanner, we offer a fair and clear refund policy for our customers purchasing eSIMs through the website.
1. Right of withdrawal
You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated or used.
2. Incompatible devices
Refunds are available if your device is incompatible, as long as you haven't scanned the QR code or used the plan, and request it within 6 months.
3. Technical issues
If there are network-related technical issues that prevent eSIM usage, a full or partial refund may be requested depending on the case.
4. Request procedure
Refunds must be requested via email at help@esimplanner.com and are processed to the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
5. Limitations
Refunds are not guaranteed if the request is made after the trip or if insufficient evidence of the issue is provided.
