Install and Activate Your eSIM on iPhone

  1. Install Your eSIM Before Traveling
    You can install your eSIM a few hours before your flight and activate it upon arrival at your destination.
  2. QR Installation
    Select 'Install with QR' if you have the code on another device.
  3. Manual Installation
    Select 'Manual Installation' if you cannot scan the code.

  1. Open Your Email
    Look for the email with your QR code on another device. If you don't have it, contact us.
  2. Scan the QR Code
    Open your iPhone's camera or go to Settings > Cellular Network > Add Data Plan.
  3. Follow the iPhone Steps
    When you scan the code, your phone will automatically start the installation.

Your eSIM QR Installation Guide

  • 01. Install: Scan the code and tap 'Continue'.
  • 02. Add: Tap 'Done' after completing the setup.
  • 03. Labels: Assign a name to your plan.
  • 04. Default Line: Choose 'Primary' to continue receiving calls.
  • 05. iMessage: Select 'Primary' for FaceTime and iMessage.
  • 06. Cellular Data: Use 'Secondary' and disable 'automatic switching'.
  • 07. Contacts: Mark 'Primary' as the preferred line.

Your eSIM Manual Installation Guide

  • 01. Settings: Go to Settings > Cellular Network > Add eSIM > Enter Manually.
  • 02. Codes: Copy and paste the SM-DP + activation code.
  • 03. Install: Tap 'Continue' and wait a few minutes.
  • 04. Labels: Assign a name to your line.
  • 05. Default Line: Select 'Primary'.
  • 06. iMessage: Select 'Primary' for FaceTime and iMessage.
  • 07. Cellular Data: Select 'Secondary'. Disable automatic switching.

  1. 01. Open 'Settings' and select 'Cellular Network'.
  2. 02. Select the Esimplanner line.
  3. 03. Enable 'Data Roaming'.

How Do You Know Your eSIM is Active?

  • 01. Verify that you have at least one signal bar.
  • 02. Go to 'Cellular Data' and check that roaming is active.
